Honest Evaluation.
Real Recruiting Strategy.

We evaluate players the way college programs do — then explain it clearly to the athlete and their family. No hype. No false expectations. Just an honest picture of where you stand and what to do next.

Tier 1
Initial Screening
A professional first look based on highlight footage. Answers one question: where does this athlete realistically fit? This is a diagnostic — highlights show flashes, not consistency.

Tier 2
Recruiting Assessment
Everything in Tier 1, plus a written recruiting roadmap and a 30-minute strategy call. Families leave knowing not just where the athlete fits — but exactly what to do next.

Tier 3
Full Season Blueprint
The complete picture — built from full-season game tape, not highlights. Mirrors how college personnel staffs actually evaluate: consistency across reps, assignment discipline, role within scheme, developmental trajectory.

Highlight Tape Rebuild
Transforms your existing highlight tape from "best plays" into a college-relevant evaluation tool. Most tapes overrepresent rare plays and underrepresent trust reps. This fixes that.

About

Built From Inside
The Building

Most football technology and recruiting services are built by people who have never sat in a personnel meeting, graded a prospect, or built a class from scratch. Front Office is different.

Program Experience
  • Four years embedded inside a Division I football program as a working member of the personnel and analytics staff — not as a student observer
  • Helped build two full recruiting classes from identification through signing — understanding every stage of the pipeline firsthand
  • Completed thousands of individual player evaluations across positions, levels, and scheme contexts
  • Worked directly for the offensive and defensive coordinators in a scouting capacity, and alongside coaches on both sides of the ball — understanding what coaches are actually evaluating on film, not just what gets tracked on a personnel board
  • Two years in a coaching capacity — knows what coaches are actually looking for on film and in a prospect, not just what personnel directors track on a board
  • Built a CB man-coverage grading system adopted into Monday film meetings — program hired an outside analytics firm upon departure
  • Built a Google Apps Script recruiting call tracker still in active use by the program
  • Built a 6,300+ line 4th down decision model in R using Random Forest with custom Context-Adjusted Performance scoring
  • PFF Data Collection Specialist — play-by-play charting, coverage coding, QB tendency analysis across Player Participation, Base Analysis, and QB Coverage Charting disciplines
  • Credentialed staff member, 2022 Sugar Bowl
The Philosophy
Everything built under the Front Office name is designed to outlast the person who built it. It has happened before inside a real front office and coaching staff — and that's the standard.

We evaluate players the way teams do, then explain it clearly — the same way we broke down film inside a real front office and coaching staff. Transparency replaces mystery, and mystery is where recruiting services usually exploit families.
Education & Skills
Dual degrees in Economics and Statistics/Data Science from Kansas State University.

Background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and building practical data systems that non-technical staff can actually use.
